My name is Kylie Corr!
I am from Whitman, Massachusetts, but I am here at Keene State studying in the BFA Graphic Design program with a minor in studio art. Before coming to Keene, I had planned to go into the architecture field, but I was convinced by one of Keene’s graphic design professors to try graphic design instead. I didn’t think too much about the decision at the time, but I am extremely happy with the choice I have made. The last four years at Keene have been a lot of work, but I have learned so much. Not only have I been taught new skills during classes, but I have also gained experience with real clients working as the graphic designer in the Student Involvement Offices on campus. Some of the bigger projects I have worked on the last four years include re-branding the Night Owl Café in the Student Center, illustrating and writing my own graphic novel, re-branding an ice cream shop from my hometown, working with the city of Keene and creating a logo along with a poster and shirt design for their yearly Green Up Keene event, and creating my own long boarding brand with a set of boards based off mental illnesses.
